NAMI Family to Family Classes
A WELCOMING PLACE TO LEARN HELPFUL TOOLS
“Even though I had done a lot of research and reading on my own in the last few years there was much that I learned by attending the course. Sessions were held in an open and welcoming environment with equal opportunity to share voluntarily each person’s insights and/or experiences. I appreciated learning about helpful tools in addition to the support. I would definitely recommend this program, and feel so fortunate that it is free and available in our community.”
